DIRECTIONS: Light the candle and allow the oil to melt for approximately 10–15 minutes. Extinguish the flame, then carefully pour a small amount of the warm oil onto the skin or into the palm of your hand.

Check the temperature before use. Massage gently into the body, tired muscles or dry areas such as elbows, knees, hands and feet using slow, circular movements. Add more oil as required.
